CWB Benefits
The Canada Workers Benefits Program aims to provide financial assistance to low-income workers. What is CWB Disability Supplement Eligibility?
- You are also eligible for the CWB Disability Supplement Benefits if follow the below conditions;
- You are eligible for the disability Tax Credit and have an approved Form T2201, Disability Tax Credit Certificate, on file with the CRA.
- Your Net Income should be below the Net Income Level Set for your Province or territory of residence.

What is the Advanced Canada Workers Benefit (ACWB) and how is it sent?
If you are entitled to the Canada Worker Benefit there is no need to apply for the Advanced Canada Worker Benefit as it will be automatically determined according to your eligibility and will be provided to you by the Canada Revenue Agency when you file your income tax and benefits return. will be sent. If you want to receive the ACWB, the CRA will need your income tax and benefit returns filed before November 1 of the benefit period. You must meet eligibility to receive payments from CRA.
How to Claim CWB Disability Supplement?
If you have a qualifying spouse and one of you is eligible for the Disability Tax Credit, Disability Supplement payments can be received should that person claim both the basic amount and the Disability Supplement.
